The successful candidates are required to provide construction input into Pre-FEED/ FEED design for the projects. Candidates shall have previous construction support experience for Pre-FEED/FEED & Execute work, including: Leadership role in both HSSE and Quality. Providing Inputs to the Project Execution Strategy. Development of the construction execution plan. Providing input in the development of the project schedule. Preparing and developing a project modularisation/offsite strategy. Conduct site visits as and when required. Developing the project path of construction. Develop organisation charts and staffing plans for the execute phase. Developing temporary construction facility requirements. Support SoW development for Implementation Contractors. Technical reviews of contractor bid submissions. Development of site plans for execution phases of the project. Prepare and conduct the project constructability workshop(s). Participate in project risk reviews. Manage CMT Team at site (During assignment). Provide construction input to the various engineering disciplines. Develop the project completions strategy. Previous Pre-FEED/FEED/Execute experience in similar Energy Project roles is essential. The position may also require frequent visits or follow-on Project site position to be completed. Previous European work/site experience would be valuable. Remote working available 2 days per week, while working from the home office, subject to Project requirements.
