A Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver a large student accommodation project, with projects ranging from £15m to £50m.

Requirements:
Experience delivering D&B projects as a Project Manager
Experience managing clients and project stakeholders
Experience managing construction projects up to £50 million
Experience working for Tier 1 or SME main contractors
Responsibilities & Duties:
Lead the project team to deliver the scheme in a safe environment
Ensure that CDM principles are being applied on the project
Manage project stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Manage site delivery teams to ensure quality and programme

The Package:
Great basic salary of £75,000 - £85,000
Company car or allowance (dependent on grade)
