As a

Senior Consultant , you will lead evaluation project teams, work with clients, and take responsibility for project delivery while being supported to develop and grow your skills and interests. We are looking for someone with experience in managing evaluation projects with strong qualitative research and writing skills. Experience in leading mixed methods evaluations is of particular interest but not essential. Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant in the Evaluation Team, you will: Be the day-to-day lead contact for clients as Project Manager across multiple projects. Work with the Project Director to develop and deliver the programme of work, managing and monitoring resources and leading on client engagement. Use your qualitative skills to deliver qualitative work programmes, providing support and guidance for junior colleagues. Develop topic guides and participant information sheets, engage and negotiate with research sites, recruit participants, conduct stakeholder interviews, develop and test coding frames, analyze qualitative datasets, and write reports. Ensure a DPIA is agreed with the client for each project, maintaining high ethical standards and information governance. If you have mixed method skills, support the delivery and reporting of impact evaluations, interpreting complex findings for non-specialist audiences. Attend and contribute to Teams developmental working groups and team sessions. Person Specification

Education/Qualifications

Masters degree or equivalent level of experience. Experience

Experience of managing medium-sized or complex projects including budgets and team capacity. Experience of proposal writing and contributing to winning work. Skills, Knowledge and Competencies

Ability to design, manage and deliver qualitative methodologies to meet clients' needs. Knowledge of quantitative evaluation methods and how to integrate qualitative and quantitative evaluation findings. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
