L&D Consultant - inside IR35 - 6 months HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN? North Highland are working with one of our key customers in the Life Sciences space. You will primarily work as a Consultant in the wider L&D team and will lead on: Developing a skills assessment approach (based on best practice and client context leveraging a technical skills framework). Working with the D&A team to deliver a skills based assessment. Analysing skills assessment outputs to provide insight on skills gaps and any development opportunities. Developing capability intervention recommendations based on findings. IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE: Proven experience as a Consultant within an L&D environment. Solid understanding of Job Families / Job Architecture. Experience developing a skills assessment approach. Data analysis skills. Comfortable managing ambiguity. Strong Stakeholder management skills. DESIRABLE Consulting experience. Knowledge of Power BI, Qualtrix, Workday etc. Digital / Technology experience. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Start Date:
