We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile hotel marketing campaigns, develop your industry network, and play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional results for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Hotel Marketing Campaigns:

Take a leading role in running hotel marketing campaigns alongside the Lead Partner. Maintain and update target lists of buyers, conduct meetings, and engage in conversations with prospective buyers. Create compelling marketing collateral, including teasers, brochures, information memoranda, and data rooms. Model trading hotel opportunities and investments using Cushman & Wakefield’s bespoke valuation model. Business Development and Client Engagement:

Lead the preparation of pitches and proposals for competitive mandates. Actively source new business opportunities, grow your network, cultivate client relationships, and identify target assets for sale. Attend industry events to enhance team visibility and expand your personal contact network. Identify potential cross-selling opportunities across departments. Team and Operational Contributions:

Support the team in meeting departmental fee and billing targets. Maintain and enhance in-house databases of buyers, transactions, and hotel assets marketed by Cushman & Wakefield and other brokers. Qualifications and Skills: 2–3 years’ relevant experience in real estate brokerage or consultancy, banking/finance, hotel development/feasibility, or similar fields. Strong understanding of the hotel sector, including brands, management companies, investors, and industry trends. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced financial modelling capabilities (e.g., DCF modelling, levered/unlevered IRR analysis, payback periods, equity returns analysis). A keen interest in the hotel sector and motivation to succeed, with the ambition to grow your personal profile within Capital Markets.
