About the role
DKollection is on the look-out for a Senior Content Manager who can elevate our brand through scroll-stopping content and strategy. We're a rapidly expanding lifestyle brand dedicated to design, luxury spaces, holiday villas, and spas, and we need a self-driven, content creator to help us grow. This role oversees all content across DKollection's platforms, as well as the personal profiles of our CEO & Founder-@byDKollection, @daisykalnina, and @TGBSpa-positioning our brand at the forefront of the industry.
With a sharp eye for visuals, an ear for storytelling, and a knack for strategy, you'll take ownership of our content strategy to drive commercial growth and engage our community. You'll work hand-in-hand with our founder to shape DKollection's voice, setting goals for every platform, exploring new features, and creating content that sparks conversation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a forward-thinking social media strategy for DKollection across Instagram, X, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with our founder to manage her social media presence-curating content, engaging with followers, and supporting her brand goals.
- Boost DKollection's social media impact by growing followers, increasing engagement, and driving conversions.
- Set clear, measurable content goals and KPIs to keep us on track and laser-focused.
- Support revenue growth through affiliate links, partnerships, and engaging content.
- Create and schedule content for DKollection properties and spas to drive occupancy and visibility.
- Work with the in-house creative team to brief them on the content needed for our social strategy.
- Keep our brand consistent and compelling across all social platforms, showcasing our properties and services.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, adapting our strategy to algorithm changes and platform innovations.
- Scout new social media features and platforms, driving growth through innovation.
- Film, edit, and produce high-quality daily videos that engage and grow our audience.
Who You Are:
- A storyteller with a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- A hands-on creator who can work flexibly and respond quickly to real-time opportunities.
- A strategic thinker who's detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive.
- Experience with lifestyle, luxury, or travel brands is a bonus.
- Start-up/founder led company experience.
