The Role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role as a

Senior Accountant

in managing contracts worth over £30m annually. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects, including contract renegotiations and leveraging innovative tools like the Chartwells Dashboard to drive continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

Driving Commercial Success

Partner with key stakeholders to influence operational and financial decision-making. Conduct financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities. Optimize balance sheet performance and highlight strategic insights. Delivering Performance Excellence

Lead weekly forecasting, identifying risks, and providing actionable insights. Support month-end closures, delivering detailed reports to improve performance. Oversee budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring clarity and precision. Train operational teams to maximize the value of business reporting tools. Own and improve balance sheet processes, identifying risks and driving solutions. Building Strong Relationships

Collaborate effectively across all levels, building trust and ensuring priorities are met. Influence senior stakeholders and balance competing demands effectively. What We’re Looking For Essential Skills: Actively studying or qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA at the

strategic level , with solid experience in accounting roles. Proficiency in management accounting and delivering commercial insights. Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail. Proven experience in business partnering with non-finance professionals.

Desirable Attributes: Adaptable to change and thrives in dynamic environments. Resilient and focused on continuous improvement. Experience with tools like SAP and Cognos for reporting and analysis. Why This Role Stands Out As a
