Join our team as a Senior Contract Lead, where you will play a key role in delivering excellent contract management services to our Integrated Care Board (ICB). This is an opportunity to develop your career while working closely with senior leaders, healthcare providers, and stakeholders across the system. You will act as a key link across a number of contracts, supporting the ICB in achieving its goals. Main duties of the job

Lead the provision of an efficient, effective, and coordinated contract management portfolio capable of meeting all statutory, regulatory and NHS requirements ensuring alignment with the goals of the ICB. Lead on the delivery of specific contracts and/or specific portfolio, and support end-to-end processes for provider management and specific contracting responsibilities in driving transformation, as well as value for money. Lead an efficient, effective, high quality, professional and well-coordinated contract management service for the ICB's acute care contracts across a number of providers, ensuring that all statutory, regulatory and NHS contractual requirements are met. Implement and maintain ICB standard processes, facilitate discussions, and advise colleagues on best practices in the definition of future processes. Work effectively and proactively with other teams in the ICB, other ICBs, and CSU including Finance, Business Intelligence, Quality and Performance. About us

Experience

Experience in communications and stakeholder management Experience of managing and motivating a team and reviewing performance of the individuals. Experience of contracting and performance management Expert knowledge of NHS National tariff payment system, and associated financial and information flows Experience of working within a complex and challenging environment, and managing demanding contract relationships with multiple stakeholders Understanding of and commitment to equality of opportunity and good working relationships. Evidence of planning and delivering programmes, projects and services on time using established project management techniques Previously responsible for a budget, involved in budget setting and working knowledge of financial processes and achieving financial targets Extensive knowledge and experience of using the NHS Standard Contract Qualifications

Educated to masters level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in specialist area. Evidence of post qualifying and continuing professional development Member of relevant professional body Disclosure and Barring Service Check
