Senior Contract Manager (Building Maintenance) Job Role

We are looking to recruit a proactive, hands-on Senior Contracts Manager with a wide knowledge & experience within the reactive building maintenance sector, to work from our head office in Wigan.
Someone who has proven experience & is able to manage several maintenance contracts in the across various sectors, who takes ownership of their contracts regardless of size or scale.
A great team player who is able to effectively communicate at all levels of the business and oversee and manage a team of contracts managers & Maintenance & small work managers around the UK.
Accountable/Responsible for:
Manage a team of Contracts Managers & Maintenance & small work managers working on various contracts around the UK.
Ensuring work is planned effectively, its completed right first time, on time, to the highest standards and within budget.
Ensuring that all works are carried out safely and in accordance with current legislation and company policies.
Ensuring that the actions and appearance of all Link Contracting employees, subcontractors and their supply chain present the correct company image on all projects.
Maintaining and improving good relationships with existing clients and their representatives, and also establishing new ones.
Providing support and coaching for their team, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and encouraging improvements for future career development.
Communicating and distributing all changes and updates to legislation and company policies.
Managing and maintaining links between their team and other company departments, ie; Commercial, Technical services, and HSQE.
The maintenance and safe use of all company equipment and plant, including fleet vehicles.
Reviewing the works regularly and reporting to the Head of Client Delivery, the Client and/or their representatives.
Uses company resources effectively.
Must be IT Literate

A salary package that reflects your skills and experience, within a range of £47,000-£55,000.00 per annum.
Enjoy a standard workweek Monday to Friday 0800hrs-1700hrs.
