Senior Contracts Administrator - NEC4 - Hybrid - 60k
Roc Search's client, based in West Berkshire, is urgently seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will most likely come from a QS, construction contracts, or project management background and will be responsible for taking a lead on NEC4 contracts from a commercial stance.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for: Leading NEC4 contracts from a commercial perspective. Drafting and delivering contracts effectively. Utilizing NEC contract management software such as CEMAR. Qualifications:
To be considered, you will have the following experience: Excellent experience with NEC4. Excellent experience with NEC contract management software such as CEMAR. Very well versed in the drafting and delivery of contracts. High level of emotional intelligence. The company works on a hybrid arrangement and will pay up to 60k for the correct candidate.
