Senior Contracts Executive

to join our team. This critical role supports the

Group Compliance Director

in managing and negotiating client contracts across our global offices, ensuring compliance and mitigating business risks. Key Responsibilities: Review and negotiate client terms of business, advising on business risks and providing solutions. Prepare detailed contract review summaries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues. Manage, control, and log negotiated terms of business to maintain an organized contract database. Draft and review legal documents, including NDAs, Work Orders, and Addendums. Ensure contracts are signed, properly stored, and accompanied by all necessary supporting documentation. Continuously improve the contract management process for greater efficiency. Skills and Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of commercial and recruitment law. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work at all organizational levels. Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management capabilities. Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong record-keeping abilities. Ability to research and stay updated on relevant legal and legislative changes. Experience and Qualifications: A law degree or equivalent qualification, or relevant professional experience. 1–2 years of professional experience in a contracts-related role, ideally in an in-house or commercial setting.
