A well-established company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This role is available on a hybrid working basis, you'll be likely to work 3-4 days in the office.
The Role
As a Senior Contracts Manager, you'll be developing specification of the outsourced service alongside your Team Lead. You'll also review and validate payment applications, ensure contract specifications are followed whilst leading contractual discussions and clarifications with suppliers. Additionally, you will assist the commercial team with invoice information and oversee projects to ensure they are correctly mobilised in terms of budget. The Person
To succeed as a Senior Contracts Manager, you'll need contract management and planning experience within Fire Stopping and/or Fire Doors. You should also possess strong relationship-building skills with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, good negotiation and communication skills, and experience in meeting commitments and deadlines, alongside being a team player.
