A rapidly expanding company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to oversee the construction of over 600 new nursing home bedrooms across multiple locations over the next three years. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior-level construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction Strategy and Execution Contract Management Project Coordination Reporting and Compliance
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in senior management within the construction industry. At least 3 years’ experience in project management or as a Site Manager. Strong understanding of the building and construction industry. Proven ability to lead and manage teams with excellent communication and decision-making skills. Well-organised and able to meet competing deadlines. Ability to effectively handle and resolve unexpected challenges.
Other Requirements:
A full and valid UK Driver’s Licence is required due to the travel demands of the role.
Remuneration and Benefits:
Competitive salary of £70k per annum, with potential for performance-based bonuses. Company pension scheme. On-site parking.
