Must come from main contractor background (SME preferred) Proven track record in public-sector construction projects Currently operating at senior/head of contracts level Demonstrable experience in framework delivery Strong presence in Wales/West Midlands construction sector preferred Minimum 8 years in construction contract management Must demonstrate projects delivered ahead of programme Strong history of maintaining project margins Experience with public sector frameworks NEC4 and JCT contract expertise Track record of successful supply chain management Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously History of implementing process improvements Technical Skills:
Expert understanding of construction contracts Strong commercial and contractual awareness Advanced understanding of public sector procurement Proficient with construction management software Ability to analyse and improve project performance Qualifications:
