Aurora Samuels Associates is recruiting for a Global Recruiter to grow their London office with experienced recruiters from the Contract marketplace. We are looking for people from any sector, but ideally, you'll be from a Pharma, Chemical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Senior Admin Contract recruiting background and have experience billing £150,000+ per year. What You'll Do:

As a Recruitment Consultant in our London office, you will be responsible for: Candidate Engagement: Focus on contacting candidates for various roles with our public sector clients. This involves significant phone work to develop new contacts and manage vacancies. Market Focus: Build and maintain a network of candidates, managing multiple roles at any one time. Managing the Full Recruitment Process: Once trained, oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to guiding them through interviews and securing offers. What We Offer:
