You will have at least 3 years’ experience in conveyancing and be able to handle a sale from start to finish. Key Responsibilities as Senior Residential Conveyancer: Manage a caseload Leasehold, freehold, new build properties, remortgages, and lease extension work Key Requirements: Supervisory experience At least 3 years’ experience in conveyancing Able to handle a sale from start to finish Enjoy a challenging, fast-moving professional environment Friendly and a team player Great communication skills
