Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor capable of confidently managing their own caseloads. This role is a fantastic opportunity to support the development of a thriving residential property team while advancing your career in a forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of residential sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions. Preparing SDLT forms and handling other property-related transactions. Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships. Liaising with clients and third parties to ensure smooth and timely progress of cases. Supporting and collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals. This is a full-time, permanent position, but flexible arrangements will be considered for exceptional candidates.
