Based in the TJX Europe creative studio in Watford, the Senior Creative will create best-in class creative content for TK Maxx’s online content team, part of the global retail company TJX, Inc. To demonstrate high levels of creative expertise to develop and create content for all digital creative, covering: homepages, PLPs, SEO copy, editorial content, campaigns, emails, social, and much more. Delivering modern, effective and inspiring creative ideas and copy at all times. Reporting into the Creative Manager (Copy) for TJX Europe, the Senior Creative will have specific responsibility for the timely copy and creative concepting of weekly content in line with agreed schedules and business requirements and will play a role in developing junior team members. What You'll Do Creative copy delivery Expert in digital copy, including writing for marketing emails, web pages and SEO. A true digital native with their fingers on the pulse of ecommerce trends and best practice. Able to write to the TK Maxx brand tone of voice and strike a balance between creative and commercial copywriting. Develop exceptional ideas and write engaging, pithy, inspiring and on-brand copy for all digital/ecommerce/ecrm channels. Responsible for the day-to-day creation and timely delivery of work to briefs, used to managing a busy workflow with multiple stakeholders. Forms peer groups to influence informally and formally inside and outside The Creative Team Leads and delivers on core digital projects from concept creation to proofing final assets, while being responsible for all moving parts. Takes ownership and is autonomous while being agile and a team player. Experience working closely with designers. Create strong work that has an impact on the business growth and market share. Puts the brand and customer at the heart of copy development process. Working closely with the Creative Manager to develop and define differentiating and compelling copy and content. Innovate and maintain up-to-date knowledge of other brands and competitors, in the ecommerce space. Creative Operations Work closely with the other copywriters, and Brand & Marketing and ecommerce partners, ensuring a consistent and optimised omnichannel approach to all activity, including, but not limited to, working closely with: eCRM, Online Conversion, Corporate Responsibility, Brand team, Loyalty (Treasure), Media, and Digital Media teams that sit within the core Brand & Marketing function. Takes ownership of processes and is aware of commercial impact on business. Finds creative solutions to creative problems. Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. In conjunction with managers, learn, analyse and assess reports and data against business objectives to inform future work. Team and Relationship Management Embody a positive and creative attitude at all times. Support the development of junior digital copywriters within the team. Maintain and develop strong relationships with the TJX Core Brand and Marketing team, ecommerce teams and business functions to help facilitate the TJX omni-channel vision. What You'll Bring Copy professional with vast experience in digital media and digital retail, creative writing and journalism. Experience with SEO and content creation essential. Established within a creative copy team as a senior copywriter. A creative thinker and idea generator with strong creative copywriting skills. Great team player with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Positive, creative and influential. Excellent command of English language. Background in online retail advantageous. Passionate interest in fashion and homeware. Experience working on Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability valued highly.
