Sigmatech is seeking well qualified senior cost and price analyst candidates to support one of our customers with an Army Acquisition Category (ACAT) I program on Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Using your education and experience, you will be the subject matter expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet mission requirements and will perform/do: A wide variety of cost analysis assignments in support of the program Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE) and Program Office Estimates (POE). Develop or evaluate cost assessments, cost positions relating to the systems development, demonstration, and production approaches. Assess impacts on systems and program costs, including analyses of prototype systems: Work with other SMEs to develop independent Government cost estimates (IGCE) that will stand up to Army and DoD level review. Consolidate and review POM inputs and briefing packages. Coordinate and draft budgetary impact statements, field and support budget data calls, and defend/support budget drills and briefings. Assist in evaluation of ACAT programs to include cost, budget, earned value management (EVM). Experience and Skills: Minimum qualifications that you’ll need to meet/have: A completed bachelor’s degree in one (1) of the following: Business, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics. A minimum of seven (7) years of experience working in providing cost and pricing analysis for multiple large projects. Credentialed recent experience with ACEIT. An amazing analytical ability, with a passion for numbers and figuring out complex problems and scenarios. Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with ability to communicate at all levels. Excellent MS Office proficiency with advanced Excel experience. DoD Security Clearance at the Secret level or higher. Desired Skills: Experience with Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACE-IT). Cost Assessment Data Enterprise (CADE). Standard Accounting and Reporting Systems (STARS). Standard Finance System (STANFINS). Program Optimization and Budget Execution (PROBE). AKO, w/Insight.
