Associate Cost Manager Salary £70,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Benefits London Capstone's cost management division have a fantastic opportunity for a Associate Cost Manager to join one of the fastest growing Project and Cost Consultancies based in London. Our client has made waves in the sector bringing decades of experience and contacts together working on some of London's largest and prestigious projects and developers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing business with the ability to fast track the careers of those that come in and do well. The Role Our client is seeking a MRICS qualified Cost Manager with experience working on major London development projects with large developers. Ideally you will have experience of delivering large commercial "cut and curve" projects taking them from inception through to completion. The role will require strong stakeholder management often working to tight deadlines. Experience of managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and numerous moving parts at once is essential. Key Responsibilities Cost Management:

Effectively manage project costs, ensuring budgets are adhered to and cost control measures are in place throughout the project lifecycle. Employers Agent:

Provide expertise as an Employers Agent, coordinating and managing the contractual aspects of projects, including issuing instructions and ensuring compliance. Contract Administration:

Oversee the contractual processes, including procurement, tendering, and contract management, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. Sector Diversification : Work across various sectors from new build commercial developments, CAT A through to high end residential developments. Risk Management:

Identify and manage potential risks related to costs, contracts, and project deliverables. Reporting:

Prepare detailed reports, financial analysis, and cost forecasts to keep stakeholders informed and support effective decision-making. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure project success. Qualifications and Experience: MRICS Quantity surveying . Strong knowledge of building regulations and the construction processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management Proficiency in industry software and tools. A track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
