Full-time, Permanent Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary construction consultancy with several offices located around the UK. We are looking to speak with a talented Senior Cost Manager, who is looking to play an integral role in the Cost Management team that is experiencing rapid growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide cost advice across RIBA stages, including cost plans, feasibility estimates, and pre-tender estimates. Offer expertise on procurement strategy, contracts, risk management, and tender processes. Act as the single point of contact for the day-to-day delivery of projects, managing large-scale or multiple projects for key clients. Handle post-contract duties, including negotiating final accounts and managing variations. Building and maintaining trusted relationships with high-profile clients to the highest possible standards. Skills & Experience: Hold a RICS-accredited degree. Achieved Chartered status (MRICS). Experience with software like Bluebeam and CostX. Experience with JCT forms of contract.
