Integrated Maintenance, repair and development services (IMRDS) is the team that maintains our water supply systems, repairs emergencies like water bursts and develops new ways to better service our customers. You’ll oversee the commercial management of a key programme area within the IMRDS Alliance. Managing a small team, you’ll work to deliver commercial efficiency, ensure compliance with governance and statutory regulations, and support financial risk management across the alliance. What attributes are required?
Leadership skills to inspire and develop your team. Proven ability to manage costs and deliver accurate forecasts. Experience with contract administration and compliance. Proven experience in a commercial management or cost management role. Strong knowledge of contractual compliance and financial reporting. Ability to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
