Due to ongoing contract awards and success, they now have a requirement for a Senior Cost Manager to join the Real Estate team in their reputable Belfast office. Your new role This Consultancy has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cost Manager to join their Belfast Real Estate team to help guide clients and their professional teams on a number of exciting and iconic projects across Northern Ireland. You'll be working on a day-to-day basis with leading conservators, architects and engineers to ensure that the client and contractor deliver the best value for money – advising all parties on the best solutions from a qualitative and commercial perspective. What you'll need to succeed Degree qualified Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Effective communication skills with a client-facing approach NEC3/4 contract experience MTC experience It is also desirable but not essential that you have; NEC3/4 PM Accreditation Whole life-cycle assessment experience Bid writing experience What you'll get in return In addition to working for a company who wants their people to succeed both in work and life, supporting this by promoting a healthy, productive and flexible working environment that respects work-life balance, you will also benefit from an extremely attractive salary package as well as having the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and iconic projects in the country.
