The Senior Colleague Campaign Manager is responsible for inspiring our colleagues around Tesco’s purpose. This role sits in the Internal Communications team, which is part of the wider Group Communications function. Working within a fast-paced, down-to-earth, and high-performing team, you will create insight-driven, proactive campaigns which influence colleague advocacy for Tesco as a place to work and shop.

You’ll report to the Head of Colleague Campaigns and work closely with Content & Delivery Managers, using insights to ensure your campaign lands with simple and impactful messaging appropriate for the right target audience.

You will be responsible for

Year-long planning of campaigns and content for targeted colleague audiences, supporting business priorities rooted in Tesco’s purpose.

Managing creative teams (including external agencies), working to a budget, and evaluating proposals against your creative brief.

Liaising with business stakeholders and building relationships, using your network to achieve best possible outcomes.

Managing the Online community – publishing digital content, reviewing, and responding to user generated content and comments against your campaigns.

Working closely with Content & Delivery Manager for quality control and consistency of execution.

You will need

To be a collaborative team player, bringing stakeholders on the journey with your ideas.

To be a communications expert, with proven experience of developing successful internal digital campaigns that meet measurable targets.

To use insights to maximise the impact of your campaigns.

Excellent content judgement, to work accurately and at pace, with competing demands.
