Position Overview:

The Senior Creative Designer is a key member of a global design team, responsible for driving and delivering a creative strategy as well as the development of integrated branding solutions for key retailers and brands. The creative focus is on the design and development of inspiring, sustainable, and intelligent branding, including the modification/redesign of existing branding concepts and the proactive delivery of creative product development in alignment with customer strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with key account managers to achieve the brand’s creative objectives, focusing on high-value design work across various Apparel solutions (graphic, tags, tickets, embellishments) and Digital channels (customer digital presentations, web pages, social media posts, marketing campaigns).

Research and deliver market insights on branding, fashion, and retail trends, coordinating with the global creative team to introduce trends to the global marketplace.

Work closely with global marketing teams, global commercial team, global category management, and solutions teams to execute the Apparel Solutions strategy and ensure local best practices are exchanged.

Collaborate actively with Creative Designers and the Creative Design Manager to deliver high-quality innovative designs and concepts to drive revenue.

Work on commercial tools and/or events to showcase new and innovative products to our retail brand customers.

Occasionally develop creative concepts for supporting internal campaigns.

Minimum Requirements:

Excellent graphic design capabilities. Proficient in Adobe CC suite, primarily Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, with working knowledge of video editing in Premiere.

Strong knowledge in creating digital marketing experiences and layouts. Comfortable with digital technologies such as AI, ChatGPT, web design, etc.

Ability to effectively collaborate with the Sales team to present creative concepts, products, and solutions to customers.

Working experience in the Apparel and Footwear industry preferred.

Prior experience with a major branded apparel group and/or retailer is highly desired. Experience in marketing, digital, Brand ID, and packaging design is also preferred.

Ability to manage numerous projects/activities simultaneously (multi-task) while maintaining creative energy and meeting customer deadlines.

Ability to communicate with customers and build relationships, engaging easily with customers, upper management, and staff.

Experience in font designs will be an advantage.
