A Senior Creative Designer, who is responsible for providing art direction to designers and supporting day-to-day deliverables. You will help to lead a team of designers in the creative delivery of the Business brand communications, across multiple platforms. The role requires a mixture of innovative thinking, strategic planning and creative ideation with a passion for the principles of layout, typography and artworking. You will liaise with various stakeholders to finalise design requirements, whilst implementing a versatile approach to creating design solutions and adhering to brand standards and consistency. The ideal candidate will have outstanding attention to detail with strong leadership skills, whilst having the ability to think creatively and develop engaging, interactive designs. Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment. Preferred skills and experience Degree in Design or similar discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Expert working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop. Knowledge of Sketch and Bannerflow is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative feedback effectively. Ability to lead, motivate, organise, train and develop individuals in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with other team members. Ability to interpret a brief, whilst being flexible to changes at short notice. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, whilst managing their expectations. Strategic creative planning. Strong portfolio, demonstrating your suitability for this role. Main Responsibilities Providing relevant and constructive art direction to designers. Developing engaging designs to support Sports and Gaming promotional material, whilst maintaining brand consistency. Overseeing the training and development of new and existing staff. Organising and leading design and department meetings. Identifying ways to improve accuracy, consistency and efficiency.
