We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to lead our team of social-first creatives. As the Senior Creative, you will be responsible for delivering social first ideas & copy for tier 1 clients, continuous training and development to your team, ensuring their growth and excellence, and development of our product & creative processes.
Here’s what you’ll be doing...
Management
Manage the proactive & reactive creative team, overseeing their performance and output. Implement quality control measures to ensure ideation aligns with trends and social-first concepts. Ideation and Collaboration
Generate creative, social-first copy & ideas, aligning with their brand and strategies. Collaborate closely with design and production teams to transform ideas into social-first assets. Trend Awareness
Stay up-to-date with the latest social trends to infuse fresh and relevant ideas into your team's work. Brainstorming
Facilitate and participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing unique ideas that resonate with clients' needs. Work on social-first ideation and copy strategies, both for client pitches and ongoing campaigns. Deliver creative strategies tailored to new clients during the onboarding process. Continuously enhance our creative offering through training, development, and the implementation of new processes. Here’s what we need from you…
4+ years of experience working in a creative role (design/production/creative ideation). Social obsessed, continuously on TikTok/ Instagram/ Twitter, aware of all the latest trends across the platforms. Second to none at ideation and copywriting, with an abundance of experience in social. Ability to lead a team. A strong, clear presence in pitches & client meetings. You have to own the room and be passionate about your ideas to get client buy-in. Ability to communicate ideas effectively & clearly. The ability to work well under pressure. Good knowledge of design + production to effectively guide the teams through the execution of social first ideas. Some Specifics
