Job Description

A phenomenal opportunity for a highly skilled Womenswear Creative Operation Leader to join one of the most dynamic and fastest growing brands globally, SHEIN.

Working as part of a close-knit, multi-faceted team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative creative strategies that align with our brand's goals and resonate with our target audience.

Working closely with the director, you will apply your creative mindset to align with our commercial goals and maximize market demands and opportunities to further grow the business aligned to the brand's ethos.

You will be customer-obsessed and will have an impressive track record of delivering influential product ranges that align with relevant global trends.

Your responsibilities will include:

Guide the entire creative creation process, from research to crafting narrative and visuals tailored to the brand.

Collaborate with product leaders in China to gain insights into campaign goals and audience demographics.

Ensure content creators, designers, and marketing materials deliver assets that reflect the strategic intent.

Continuously evaluate product/campaign performance and adjust strategy based on data to improve effectiveness.

Come up with new and innovative photoshoot concepts.

Book photoshoot locations and photographers and suggest clothing ideas.

Stay tuned in to the latest fashion trends and current fashion publications to help our team create compelling campaigns and beat the competition.

Identify operation process improvements while monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving actions.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a creative director or art director, with a passion for emerging trends.

Your experience is ideally within women's fashion across a diverse range of product categories.

Creative and commercial mindset, ideally with experience in a start-up company.

Bachelor's degree in fashion design or related majors.
