Role purpose Supporting the Global Creative Production Manager to seamlessly deliver high-quality brand content in a timely manner, within budget. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to work across a varied range of projects and assist in a busy production team in an exciting new chapter for Aesop. Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support and work closely with the Creative Producer, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment aligned with Aesop’s culture and values. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the marketing teams (Head of Categories, Project Managers), creative teams (Finished Artists, Art Direction), finance team, and in-house legal counsel to create contracts and licensing agreements. Support with managing project budgets, keeping estimates updated, and ensuring schedules are adhered to without compromising creative outcomes. Independently lead shoots, from pre-production planning to on-site operations and post-production for both stills and motion content. Support with E-commerce production, including researching locations, scheduling recces, sourcing talent, managing shoot logistics, keeping records of spend, and sourcing product for shoots. Collaborate with Project Managers to optimise workflows and keep all teams informed about project progress and changes. Support with maintaining and organising production archives, shared storage, and libraries for props and products. Ensure administrative files are systematically managed and accessible. Cultivate strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new partners to support evolving project needs. Support with delivering post-production for stills and motion content, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance team efficiencies and develop templates, guidelines, and best practices. Support with sourcing of products for all shoots. Develop a strong understanding of business objectives and contribute to achieving annual departmental goals. This is a full-time position operating with a hybrid working pattern. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment. Experience working as a Creative Producer. Working in a commercial and/or luxury setting is an advantage. Licensing experience is an advantage. Excellent knowledge of best practice for pre- and post-production processes. Experience in talent bookings, rates, and usage negotiation. Proficient in Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Experience in additional Adobe creative suite programs beneficial. Experience of working to an allocated budget successfully. Understanding of Health & Safety on sets, in studio, and on location. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a calm demeanor, foreseeing roadblocks and creatively problem-solving under pressure. Exceptional visual, written, and verbal communication skills. Organisational skills and an eye for meticulous detail. What’s on offer: Flexible, hybrid working pattern.
