As a

Senior Credit Risk Analyst

you will be reporting to the Manager Group Risk Data. This role is responsible for supporting the management, validation and assurance of all Group Risk data. Working with the Manager of Group Risk Data, you will maintain, develop and produce all first and second line credit risk management and Group Risk reporting.

Senior Credit Risk Analyst

we are looking for someone to:

Prepare monthly Group Risk data reporting for all governance processes, principally Board and Executive risk committee meetings Work with key stakeholders to develop and run all monthly credit risk data reporting for first and second line Coordinate with other departments regarding risk reporting issues, including investigating data issues and resolving reporting errors Ensure that quality standards and integrity are maintained and data is provided in line with business requirements and agreed timescales and format Continually review data sources, particularly internal sources, to ensure they are accurate and provide sufficient detail to manage risk Provide support to the CRA reporting process Support the Group Risk function with identifying any key trends, risks or opportunities Maintain comprehensive risk data and reporting governance, procedures and records Contribute to the overall continuous development of risk management and of the company’s risk appetite Build and maintain a strong stakeholder network to share risk expertise and insight across the organisation

Qualifications

Essential: Numerical degree, strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail Experience in a risk environment A solid grounding in data analysis using quantitative analytic tools Strong drive for quality assurance and proven track record in providing robust and accurate data and reporting Relevant coding experience, e.g. SQL Knowledge of Power BI is desirable Advanced Excel skills Experience of using complex data
