Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring the highest professional standards and compliance with Lexcel requirements. Mentor and train junior lawyers, contributing to the development of the team. Build strong relationships with public sector clients, including local authorities, housing organizations, and schools. What We're Looking For:
A qualified solicitor, barrister, or equivalent with significant post-qualification experience in criminal litigation. Experience advising senior officers and members, especially on complex legal matters. Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
