Key Responsibilities In this role, you will champion and manage the use of first-party data across CRM and the wider channel mix. You will be a gatekeeper to our personalisation strategy, working closely with our analytics and data science teams to support our customer segmentation, enhance and shape our targeting and selections strategy, enabling us to achieve our customer outcomes and commercial objectives.
In addition, you will:
Manage CRM analytics workflow to enhance the use of 1st party data across the Waitrose Channels team. Support the delivery of campaigns across CRM, ensuring best-in-class set-up, delivery, and reporting. Pro-actively identify opportunities to enhance campaigns, collection of first-party data, and usage to meet commercial outcomes. Work collaboratively with central data functions to advocate for our marketing requirements within wider transformation projects. Provide development, leadership, and inspiration for the other members of the CRM Analyst team.
You will have 2 direct reports.
Essential Skills You'll Need
Ability to simplify sophisticated problems, manipulate data accurately, and relate to the business context. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Experience using BI and CRM software (preferably Tableau and Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to support partners to make better business decisions. Experience of working in online and direct marketing. Strong experience using a query language (preferably SQL) to access and manipulate data from a database.
