About the role: The Digital Marketing Department at Oh Polly is going through an exciting period of growth and requires a passionate and talented Senior CRM Executive to join their fast paced team. Reporting to the CRM Manager, this role is to support the CRM team with all email, app and SMS marketing. This role is perfect for someone who possesses a unique blend of creativity and analytical skills, and who is eager to refine their expertise in CRM within the fashion sector. Responsibilities: Email, App and SMS Marketing Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push notifications and SMS. Own all communications within the CRM calendar in-line with the marketing calendar, with support from the CRM manager. Build and optimise segments within our customer database to improve conversion rates and create personalised marketing campaigns. A/B testing and optimisation: Test and refine CRM campaigns to achieve and improve key metrics such as repeat purchase rates. Identify opportunities and optimisations for new/existing automated journeys and implement improvements. Support the CRM Executive, offering guidance on best practices and CRM campaign requirements (briefing, segmentation). Analytics and Reporting Analyse and report on campaign performance and customer behaviour across all channels to ensure best results and actionable insights for our CRM strategy. Able to utilise tools such as Bloomreach, Microsoft Excel & Shopify. Competitor and Market Research Stay updated on industry trends, product developments and competitor activities. Complete market research to identify opportunities for growth and assist with the development of future strategies for further optimisation. Experience/Skills Required: 2-3 years experience within a CRM role. Experience using Bloomreach or equivalent. Excellent communication skills at all levels. A strong understanding of CRM strategy and best practice. Ability to design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns. Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Powerpoint). Great multitasker and organisational skills. A team player who is proactive and is able to work autonomously. Proactive and positive attitude. Experience working on retail brands, preferably within the fashion sector (desired). Ability to work to tight deadlines.
