The Role: The Senior CRM Executive will play a crucial role in driving customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value by executing a comprehensive customer relationship management strategy. The successful candidate will be involved in delivering personalised marketing campaigns in line with trading calendars, managing customer data, and utilising CRM tools to enhance the overall customer experience. This position requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and strong technical knowledge of CRM platforms. Responsibilities: Implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Manage and optimise CRM tools, systems, and platforms to deliver personalized marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.). Analysis and reporting on campaign performance and customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities for growth. Optimise lifecycle marketing campaigns, including welcome journeys, re-engagement campaigns, and loyalty programs. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of CRM efforts with broader business objectives and initiatives. Develop a deep understanding of our customer base and their preferences to craft highly personalized experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business. Ensure the maintenance of an accurate and up-to-date customer database while complying with data privacy regulations (GDPR). Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in CRM, e-commerce, and beauty industry best practices to ensure we remain competitive and innovative. Skills: Minimum 2 years of CRM experience, preferably in retail eCommerce. Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content. Ability to design innovative CRM campaigns that engage diverse audiences. High level of attention to detail when managing data and executing campaigns. Experience with A/B testing and optimisation of CRM initiatives. Collaborative mindset, with a track record of working cross-functionally to deliver results.
