This position plays an important role in supporting the Head of Customer Insights in the development of the Customer Strategy and the creation of 3 x Category Strategies (Skincare, Fragrance, Makeup). This role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from a variety of sources, developing the "so what" implications, and then translating the findings into actionable insights that will inform strategic decisions. The Senior Customer Analyst works cross-functionally with stakeholders at multiple levels of seniority, ensuring that the insights generated are deeply understood, and that stakeholders are aligned with the strategic direction and implications which will inform our broader business objectives. The Role You Could Play

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support Strategy Development : Assist the Head of Customer Insights to develop the Customer Strategy and the three Category Strategies (Skincare, Fragrance, Makeup). Data Analysis & Interpretation : Analyze data sets from multiple sources to uncover key trends and customer behaviour that will guide strategic decisions. Provide Actionable Insights : Simplify and communicate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights. Insight Communication : Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that key messages are understood and impactful. Strategic Impact Evaluation : Assess the strategic implications of insights, identifying both short-term and long-term opportunities for the business. What You Will Bring

Strong numerical and analytical skills, including SQL coding. Able to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights. Critical thinking and strategic mindset. Able to challenge assumptions and evaluate the broader implications of data insight. Able to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and strong stakeholder management skills. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and offering solutions.
