As a Senior Customer Insight Analyst at CAVU, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw customer data into actionable insights that will drive our business strategies. You will collect, analyse, and interpret data to uncover patterns and trends that shape our customer strategies, boost campaign performance, and enhance overall customer experience. What it is doing: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, using advanced data analysis tools to deliver insights that improve customer retention and elevate customer lifetime value. About You: 5+ years of hands-on data analysis experience. Proficient in data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, and PowerBI. Strong SQL skills, particularly with relational databases. Experience with CRM programs, customer segmentation, and lifecycle analysis. Organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
