Senior Customer Marketing Manager

to join us in our

office. #LI-Hybrid As an individual contributor, you will focus on driving customer retention, product adoption, and revenue expansion through targeted marketing projects and community building. On a typical day, you will:

Develop a global customer community strategy that fosters peer-to-peer connections, advocacy, and engagement Manage newsletters, discussion topics, and educational resources to engage and inform the community Create and execute on our customer community events including the organization, budget forecasting, and tracking Create an advocacy program to showcase customer success stories, facilitate reference calls, and produce user-created content Partner with Customer Account Management and Product Marketing to design and execute campaigns that promote upsell and cross-sell opportunities Develop customer lifecycle digital marketing programs across various channels (e.g. email, in-app messaging, social media) to aid retention and boost product adoption, feature usage, and customer maturity We imagine you will bring:

10+ years of B2B customer marketing experience in Tech, ideally in SaaS Experience of managing customer communities and running an advocacy program to engage and delight customers Familiarity with customer success methodologies, voice of customer programs, and strategies to promote retention and expansion revenue Experience influencing customer expansion revenue through marketing programs Outstanding skills in writing and originating content Proficiency in data analysis to mine insights from customer behavior and improve comms Familiarity with lifecycle marketing best practices Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred) for email and landing page creation and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for reporting Experience in event budget tracking and reporting The benefits you'll love:
