ROLE DESCRIPTION We’re seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to take our growth to the next level, responsible for the development, management, and execution of key marketing initiatives geared toward our portfolio customers. The fundamental goals of this role are to generate upsell and cross-sell ARR, promote customer retention, and foster customer engagement and brand loyalty. This is a role for a customer-centric marketer with proven growth and community marketing skills utilizing both inbound and outbound channels. You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Brand, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Product, and Learning teams to develop and manage a cohesive communication and engagement strategy for our customers, considering an optimal customer experience within the Veracross portfolio of products. This position operates in a fast-paced environment. You must be a self-starter who is able to develop new ideas and be adaptable to shifting priorities. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, North America. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Work with customer-facing teams to develop and manage a comprehensive global customer communication strategy and calendar that provides a healthy balance of revenue-generating marketing, informational communications, and value-add / brand content. Strategize and manage the execution and optimization of revenue-generating initiatives across multiple channels (i.e. email, in-app messaging, events, pay-per-click, etc.) to garner interest in our portfolio products with the goal of creating a consistent high-quality lead flow to fill the sales pipeline. Collaborate with the Partner team to highlight the value of our global strategic partnerships to our customers. Partner with the Customer Experience team to optimize initiatives that foster customer engagement and drives advocacy, referrals, and retention. Partner with the Product Marketing team to execute go-to-market initiatives that promote new products to our customers. Monitor and report initiative performance and relevant KPIs to ensure goals are met. Additional ad hoc projects as required.
