Job Description
Manage key customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Dealing with escalated queries and complaints.
Dealing with complex clients and complex order processing.
Handle complex queries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
Oversee the end-to-end order process, maintaining attention to detail.
Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and production teams.
Proactively identify and address potential service issues.
Prepare and present regular customer service performance reports.
Drive process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Train and mentor junior team members to uphold service standards.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in a senior customer service role, ideally within manufacturing or B2B environments.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems.
A proactive problem-solver with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Capable of working collaboratively across departments and functions.
Enthusiastic, resilient, and adaptable to change.
What's on Offer
Salary of circa £30,000 to £35,000 plus excellent package.
