This role exists to provide specialist technical support on complex network security and cyber security deployments for our UK secure contracts. Building strong working relationships and trust through effective communication is key. Liaising with customer representatives or vendors and directing support staff will form part of the role.
This job role can be based in Sheffield, Belfast, or Hatfield. Hybrid (3 days office-based/client onsite & 2 days remote). Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm timeframe.
SC clearance must be obtainable. Must have lived in the UK for 5 years+ in order to attain this.
What you'll be doing
Develop and deliver industry-defining platforms while enhancing your own skills. Provide leadership on Agile / ITIL processes and advise team members on best practices from a 3rd Line Lead perspective. Mentor colleagues within the team, providing honest feedback. Produce and support policies, functions, and configuration builds for customer projects. Complete and own integration testing on new products and services, producing all relevant supporting documentation. Essential Skills
