We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager to join our expanding Cyber Security Team in the UK with a focus on implementing the NCSC Network and Information Security Cyber Assessment Framework (NISCAF) across our Customers business.

The Opportunity… You will be joining our Customers Cyber Security & Resilience team on a

two-year fixed term contract . We are passionate about protecting our data, systems and business assets to provide confidence, business continuity and assurance to our customers and regulators.

As a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager, you will work with security leads, IT professionals, business managers and our supply chain to drive, track and report delivery against our cyber security compliance and contractual obligations. You will possess strong project and stakeholder management skills and be an effective and transparent communicator who is focused on delivery of outcomes to time scales and budget.

What You’ll Be Doing You will be in a high performing team focused on maintaining Cyber Security and Resilience in the Customers business and will report to the Customers and Corporate Business and Information Security Officer (BISO).

The Senior Cyber Security Project Manager will: Develop clear and actionable project plans and schedules. Effectively document and manage project milestones, deliverables, deadlines and scope. Ensure project risks are raised early and often and lead to positive discussions and agreement on mitigation strategies. Own critical communication and resolution for issues that introduce risk or critical path disruption. Maintain project road maps, dependencies, risks and KPI's proactively. Engage with BISO and security teams to ensure that projects are accurately prioritised and resourced appropriately. Imbed project management ethos, processes, communication and tooling into the Cyber Security and Resilience Team.

Who You Are It's not just the technical competencies that are important to be successful in this role, the way you carry it out and the behaviours you demonstrate are equally important.

This includes: A motivated, well organised and engaging personality. At least 3 years of project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects with cross functional business stakeholders. Working knowledge of project management methodologies and demonstrated understanding of Agile and Waterfall. Background in security governance of a large organisation and control implementation of security and regulatory frameworks i.e. ISO27001, Network and Information Systems Regulation, PCI-DSS, Cyber Essentials, Smart Energy Code or Retail Energy Code. Fluency with a standard suite of project management and service desk tools such as JIRA, Confluence and Service Now. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
