Investec are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 (D365) Developer with functional consultant capability to enhance our team. This pivotal role involves the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to meet the needs of our users. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of technical and functional consulting skills within the D365 ecosystem, ensuring a seamless and effective implementation of business solutions. What you will be doing Collaborative Design and Development:
Work closely with users and delivery teams to gather requirements and understand business processes, translating these into effective D365 solutions. Customization and Configuration:
Design and develop tailored customizations and configurations within the D365 platform to align with user requirements. Integration of Solutions:
Seamlessly implement and integrate third-party applications and solutions within the D365 framework. Documentation and Maintenance:
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation that includes solution designs, system configurations, and detailed customizations. Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the integrity and quality of developed solutions. Functional Consulting:
Provide expert consulting services to users, offering best practice advice and crafting solutions that meet complex business needs. Troubleshooting:
Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise with D365 solutions. Industry Awareness:
Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the D365 platform to continuously enhance our solutions. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Engage with various teams, including developers, consultants, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects. What we are looking for Hands-on experience in D365 development and functional consulting. Strong grasp of the D365 platform with skills in customization, configuration, and integration. Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, SQL, and familiarity with D365 development tools like Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform. Good understanding of D365 modules, particularly Sales and Marketing. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen analytical mindset. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with both clients and internal teams. Desirable but non-essential skills Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 development and functional consulting are advantageous. Why Join Us?
