Senior D365 Project Manager – D365 F&SCM Projects - Professional Services

Your Role
As a Senior D365 Project Manager in our Professional Services Practice, you'll be at the forefront of their Business Applications pillar, leveraging your deep knowledge and expertise in delivering high-profile professional services D365 F&SCM projects .
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders
- Deliver assigned projects in line with established KPIs
- Understand and articulate the scope of each project to which you are assigned
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of projects;
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress using established tools and processes e.g., DevOps
- Time estimating – ensure the estimated date of completion is accurate
- Cost estimating – ensure the estimated cost to complete is accurate
- Management of project budgets
- Managing Risks and Issues (RAID logs per project)
- Monitoring progress and reporting on it via agreed channels and to established timelines
- Participate in pre-sales engagements to develop high-quality sales proposals
- Proactively deliver solutions to problems, as opposed to simply highlighting them.
Qualifications/Desired Skills and Experience:
- Seasoned experience in a similar role, working on delivery of D365 F&SCM Projects preferably within Professional Services environments
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of PMP / PRINCE II - certification desirable
- Experience delivering projects with Waterfall / Agile Methodologies.
