High-achieving yet relaxed work environment. Your Responsibilities: As a Senior D365 Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of professional services projects within the

Financial Services Practice , leveraging your deep understanding of D365 CRM. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to agreed KPIs. Defining project scope, managing changes, and ensuring successful delivery. Coordinating resources, including internal teams and third-party vendors. Developing detailed project plans and tracking progress using tools like DevOps. Accurately estimating project timelines and costs. Managing project budgets, risks, and issues (RAID logs). Preparing progress reports and delivering updates to stakeholders. Contributing to pre-sales efforts by developing high-quality proposals. Proactively resolving project challenges. Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing D365 CRM projects, preferably in financial services (e.g., banking or insurance). Strong client-facing and internal communication skills. Solid understanding of PMP/PRINCE II methodologies (certification preferred). Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methods. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
