Working in our IT, Data and Business Change department, you will be a key stakeholder in developing the organisation’s data strategy. You will enjoy working alongside our Member and Non-Member marketing teams to provide guidance and support through structured testing and support. Through your passion, you will be driving our reporting and analysis, supporting stakeholders across the business and providing insight and recommendations to support the business objective and strategy. Leading the reporting, insights and analytics by working closely with the Group Head of Data & Compliance Produce data visualizations to help support and communicate important learning Noticing any patterns and trends through regular monitoring and reporting on key data metrics Be an advocate for evidence-based experimentation providing proactive guidance and support on potential areas for experimentation that will make a significant difference in line with business objectives and strategy Where possible, incorporate qualitative findings into quantitative reporting Develop data sources within the organisation About you:

Have a minimum of 5+ years working in data analysis/data science Experience of Microsoft Data platform technologies, including Dynamics365 and PowerBI Previous experience of developing and managing people Experience using SQL, SAS, Python or R programming About Boundless:
