Senior Data Analyst We have a new and exciting opportunity to join a large not-for-profit organisation that is deeply committed to helping vulnerable and marginalised groups, as a Senior Data Analyst. This role is based in Birmingham with hybrid working available. Security Clearance (SC) is required for this role so all applicants must have been resident in the UK for the past 5 years Must have requirements: Power BI experience Leadership (Team management/People management) experience Advanced Excel skills (Pivots, look-ups, macros) VBA desirable but not essential Data visualisation experience Ability to work from the office 2 days each week (Central Birmingham) The role: Responsibility for the use of Management Information and intelligence generated from user experience and stakeholders, to support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives Working as part of a Data Team around all things Management Information, Data Analysis and Reporting Managing all MI reporting requirements weekly, monthly and quarterly Ability to extract and analyse large data sets accurately and to tight deadlines (Excel SQL) Support colleagues and key stakeholders to requests for data and reports Manage processes related to the secure disclosure of data, compliance and contractual obligations Manage and review us of the case management system Contribute towards maintaining ISO standards
