The jobholder is responsible for providing technical leadership to a development team whilst delivering data & analytics projects using the latest cloud-based technologies. Key Responsibilities: Defining INOVYN’s Data & Analytics strategic direction using industry trends, prior experience and technical expertise. Leading a development team, developing high quality sustainable solutions using cloud data platforms including but not limited to Snowflake, Qlik Cloud Data Integration, Qlik Sense SaaS, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their processes and challenges to recommend opportunities to utilise data & analytics. Developing and maintaining data & analytics solutions using industry standard tools, including but not limited to: Power BI/ MS Fabric, Qlik Cloud and Snowflake. Managing end to end project life cycle: Research, design, documentation, configuration, testing, implementation/go-live and end user training. Ensuring data assets are configured to meet the needs of all business units whilst maintaining technical/cyber security standards in line with industry best practices. Skills and Knowledge: Proficient in data warehousing principles and ETL processes. Ability to develop and maintain complex data models. Advanced SQL querying and optimisation skills. Experience using cloud data platforms and their associated optimisation techniques including but not limited to Snowflake, Qlik Cloud Data Integration, Qlik Sense SaaS, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric. Strong ability to provide meaningful insights from complex data sets. Ability to lead a distributed development team with varied cultures and behaviours using modern methodologies. Maintain and promote high standards of professionalism and integrity. Strong communication skills, fluent in English; the ability to speak a major European language would be advantageous.
