What You’ll Be Doing: Collaborating & Innovating:

Work closely with Product Owners, SMEs, and users to gather, analyse, and document requirements, ensuring our solutions align with business goals. Data Mastery:

Analyse, model, and design data warehouse solutions using industry best practices, focusing on data quality and integrity. End-to-End Development:

Architect, design, develop, and deploy cloud-based data & analytics solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. Reporting Excellence:

Design and build dynamic reports and dashboards using Power BI to drive business decisions. Agile Participation:

Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring seamless project delivery. Mentorship:

Lead and support your team, conducting code reviews and guiding them towards excellence in coding standards and best practices. Continuous Improvement:

Develop CI/CD pipelines and implement DevOps practices to support robust and frequent deployments. Support & Maintenance:

Monitor and support your solutions, ensuring reliability and performance for our global brand. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree, level 6 apprenticeship, or equivalent in Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven Expertise:

5+ years of experience in BI & Analytics delivery, with a solid background in data engineering and business intelligence. Technical Prowess:

Strong skills in data analysis, design, and modelling techniques, with a particular focus on SQL and cloud-based technologies. Desirable: Certifications:

Relevant Microsoft & Azure certifications such as Azure Data Engineer Associate or Power BI Data Analyst Associate. Technology Stack & Skills: Utilize Microsoft Azure as the primary platform. Engage with data engineering tools such as Data Factory, Data Flow, Databricks, ADLS Gen 2, Azure SQL, Synapse, and Analysis Services. Develop and manage reporting solutions using Power BI. Apply development and scripting skills with SQL, DAX, Python, C#, PowerShell, and ARM. Work with M365 tools including SharePoint and Power Apps. Implement CI/CD practices through Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. Demonstrate strong technical skills across various programming languages and platforms, with a focus on cloud technologies and data visualization tools.
