We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to drive Royal Mail's data strategy, collaborating closely with our Data Analytics and Data Science teams. This role will ensure the highest engineering standards and best practices for product delivery. You will help implement innovative data use cases that have a significant impact on the business, with high visibility and leadership responsibility. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Drive simple, standardised and innovative ways to ingest, process, store, and analyse various data sources Design, implement, and monitor our cloud data platform Work with the Data Science team to deploy machine learning use cases to production Drive automation in the continuous integration pipelines, infrastructure management, and configuration Build partnerships with engineering and product/business teams to deliver cross-functional value Next Steps: The next stage of the selection process will be a face-to-face/virtual interview consisting of competency-based and role-specific questions.
