Senior Data Intelligence and Analytics Manager

We are partnered with a leading Investment House in recruiting for a Senior Data Intelligence and Analytics Manager on a permanent basis overseeing the management of the Data Intelligence and Analytics team. You will ensure the team effectively meets the reporting and application development needs of various stakeholders across the business. This role involves aligning the team’s efforts with the strategic goals of the organisation, managing resources, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. This is a permanent position based in central London. Key Responsibilities and Skills: Proven experience in a leadership role mentoring and developing high performing data intelligence and analytics teams. Developing and implementing frameworks for prioritising data request and projects based on business impacts. Proficiency in data analytic tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, R, Qlik and Power BI. Passion and experience of leveraging Technology/Automation and AI. Strong stakeholder management skills and a strategic thinker, acting as the primary point of contact across the business. Experience of creating a data roadmap and strategy and identifying opportunities of leveraging data to drive business value. Strong organisational and motivational skills, with excellent attention to detail. University graduate in an analytical related subject with a minimum of a 2:1 pass. Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in a Data Intelligence and Analytics function. Must be an excellent communicator, who has impact and strong influencing skills.
